Inside Info Service: My Inside Info connections are again brought to the fore to provide quality winning bets too, many horses are not allowed to run to their true ability in certain races due to the fact that many trainers like to run their horses down the field so that the handicapper will be more lieniant on them in future races. Obviously this is not allowed but its very hard for Stewards to catch trainers out because of so any factors. Connections of Inside Info tell me of certain horses that have been allowed to drop in the handicapp and when they are produced to win their races.
